We aimed to meet the growing market demand in office space projects focused on creating ergonomic workplaces and requiring chairs that offer not only versatility, durability, comfort and design appeal, but also an economically sound choice that delivers great value.

Born from nature, designed to evolve
Alegre Design studio drew its inspiration from nature, which is constantly changing and therefore able to adapt. The design of the EIRA chair embodies this principle – simple in form, with dynamic curves that allow it to adapt both to the user and to its surrounding interior.
Comfort-driven design
A versatile chair design shaped by the idea of comfort for all, with carefully considered details that promote balance and well-being. When designing this chair, the designers focused on a minimalist construction, refining both the backrest and seat shapes to achieve overall visual harmony and visual lightness through the dynamic lines of its silhouette.
Ergonomically shaped backrest
The design of the EIRA chair encourages free movement – natural, effortless, and as comfortable as each user prefers. The ergonomically shaped curve of the backrest adapts to the user, providing continuous support and promoting a healthier sitting posture. This ensures lasting comfort during long periods of sitting, further enhanced by the adjustable lumbar support.

SYNCHRONOUS MECHANISM
EIRA features a weight-sensitive synchronous mechanism that takes away the need to adjust the backrest tension manually – the chair adapts to the user, allowing them to simply enjoy comfortable sitting.
LOCKING POSITIONS
If needed, you can easily lock the backrest in your preferred position using the adjustment lever. The backrest reclines up to a 20° angle and can be locked in five positions
ADJUSTABLE LUMBAR SUPPORT
The height-adjustable lumbar support adapts to the natural curve of the user’s back, helping to reduce muscle tension and prevent back pain.
HEADREST
This addition helps reduce neck muscle strain and, when reclining, provides additional support for the head and neck, increasing overall comfort. The height- (up to 50 mm) and angle-adjustable (45°) headrest also offers an optional feature for added convenience – a coat hanger.
PNEUMATIC HEIGHT REGULATION
Correct seat height adjustment helps maintain proper posture while sitting.
SLIDE SEAT
Depending on individual needs, you can choose a fixed-depth seat or a seat with depth adjustment.
ADJUSTABLE ARMRESTS
Enjoy comfortable support for your arms and shoulders, even during long hours at your desk. You can choose between 2D or 3D adjustable armrests.
The sustainable Tale mesh highlights natural aesthetics
The EIRA chair features the sustainable Tale mesh, made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic. This mesh adapts to the user’s body weight while maintaining its shape, giving the chair’s backrest a distinctive character and style. Tale stands out with its remarkable harlequin structure, irregular melange expression, and soft surface that creates a sense of cosiness.
Flexibly adaptable to diverse work environments
With their versatile design, EIRA chairs are flexibly adaptable to workspaces of different sizes, types, and interiors. The offered mesh shades pair perfectly with a wide palette of fabrics, allowing the same chair to be styled in many different ways to create the look that best suits the planned workspace.
Conscious solution
The EIRA chair is not only a comfortable but also a conscious choice, aligned with the sustainability goals of modern workspaces. Up to 43% of its components are made from recycled materials. The upholsteries used to cover the chair are certified according to environmental standards – Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and EU Ecolabel – and include the sustainable Tale mesh. Functional and long-lasting, EIRA is designed for circularity; therefore, when it eventually reaches the end of its life cycle, you can ensure its sustainable end-of-life management – 80% of its components are separable and recyclable, resulting in an estimated overall recyclability of 68%.
